Understanding our service agreements

What happens if I need to cancel my service agreement early?

We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Early termination may result in forfeiture of upfront payments for work in progress and payment for all work completed to date. However, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution based on your specific situation.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the results?

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Work already completed is non-refundable. Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month has commenced. Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook) is non-refundable. We encourage open communication—if you're unsatisfied, let's discuss how we can improve before considering cancellation.

Who owns the content and deliverables you create for me?

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for you (website designs, custom graphics, etc.). However, our proprietary methodologies, tools, and templates remain our property. We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Do you guarantee specific results like rankings or ROI?

No ethical digital marketing agency can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or ROI—these depend on many factors outside our control. We promise to use industry best practices and work diligently toward your goals, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, UPI payments, and online payment gateways. Typical payment terms are 50% upfront before project commencement and 50% upon completion for project-based work. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.

What happens if I don't pay my invoice on time?

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances. We'll always communicate with you before taking action.

Can these terms and conditions change?

Yes, we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

What if there's a dispute between us?

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, we'll attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, India, and governed by Indian law.
